IT Project Management in Jeddah
IT projects rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because nobody owns the whole picture: scope grows without a decision, vendors work in silos, and status reports stay green until the day they don't. Next Digital provides IT project management for companies in Jeddah and the western region — one project manager who is accountable to you, scope and milestones in writing, and plain reporting all the way to handover. It is built for CEOs, CFOs and IT managers who want a project delivered as agreed, and who want to know where it really stands at any point.
When you need this
- You have an important project — an internal system, a portal, a migration, an app — and nobody in-house has the time to run it
- The project is over time or over budget, and no one can say clearly what is left
- You work with several vendors and each one blames the others for delays
- The status reports you receive don't help you make decisions
- A project has stalled and you want to rescue it rather than start over
- You are not sure where the code, accounts and documentation are, or whose name they are in
What's included
- One accountable project manager: a single point of contact who answers for everything, not a chain of hand-offs.
- Scope in writing: what is in, what is out, and the acceptance criteria for every deliverable.
- Milestone plan: defined stages with concrete outputs, and invoices tied to them.
- Vendor management: each vendor held to their contract, with dependencies between them coordinated.
- Risk management: a live risk register where every risk has an owner and a response.
- Honest status reporting: what is done, what slipped and why, and which decisions we need from you.
- Change control: every new request is assessed for time and cost impact before it is approved.
- Recovery and handover: assessment of stalled projects, a restart plan, and a documented close-out.
How we work
1. Assess
We sit down with the decision makers and review what exists: goals, contracts, delivered work, code, accounts and documentation. For a stalled project, this is where we decide what can be built on and what has to be redone.
2. Plan and agree
We write down scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and known risks, and put the SLA in the agreement. Nothing starts until you have signed off on the plan.
3. Deliver and track
Work moves milestone by milestone. You follow each one in the client portal through the project's WhatsApp-bridged group, receive regular status reports, and hear about any delay or risk as soon as it appears — not at the end of the stage.
4. Hand over and close
Deliverables are accepted against the agreed criteria, we confirm that code, accounts and documentation are in your company's name, and we issue a close-out report covering what was delivered and anything still open.
What you receive
- An approved scope document and milestone plan with acceptance criteria
- A written SLA as part of the agreement
- Client portal access: a project group bridged to WhatsApp, with milestone and invoice tracking
- Regular status reports, a risk register and a log of decisions and changes
- Full ownership of the code, accounts and documentation by your company
- A close-out report and a documented handover to whoever will run the system
FAQ
Can you manage a project that other vendors are delivering?
Yes. We can both deliver and manage, or manage on your behalf while one or more vendors do the build. In the second case we hold each vendor to their contract and the agreed milestones, and report the situation to you as it actually is.
Our project has been stuck for months. Where do you start?
With a short review of where things really stand: what has been delivered, what remains, what is blocking progress, and where the code, accounts and documentation are. You then get a restart plan with realistic scope and milestones, which may include a recommendation to cut scope or reorder priorities.
How do we follow progress?
Each project has its own group in our client portal, bridged to WhatsApp, showing milestones, their status and the invoices tied to them. Alongside that you receive a regular status report covering what is done, what is late, current risks and the decisions we need from you.
Who owns the code, accounts and documentation at the end?
Your company does. From day one we make sure repositories, cloud accounts and domains are registered in your name, and the full documentation is handed over when the project closes.
Do you take on projects outside Jeddah?
Our office is in Jeddah and our main focus is companies in Jeddah and the western region. We also work with companies elsewhere in Saudi Arabia when the project can be run remotely, with site visits when needed.
