Terms of Service

By using nextdigital.sa or the client portal portal.nextdigital.sa (the "Portal") operated by Next Digital, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The Portal is a tool for managing technology projects and communication between Next Digital and its clients: chats, files, tasks, meetings and invoices. Scope, pricing and timelines are governed by the signed contract or quotation, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your sign-in methods (email and verification codes) confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend any account that breaches these terms or endangers the Portal's security.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Portal for unlawful activity, upload harmful or infringing content, or attempt to breach, disrupt or access data in the Portal that is not yours.

4. Third-party services

The Portal integrates with external services such as Google Calendar, Google Meet and WhatsApp. Your use of them is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes. How we handle Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Portal, its design and software remain the property of Next Digital. Content and files you upload remain yours or your organisation's; ownership of agreed deliverables transfers as set out in the contract.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Portal available, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may end use of the Portal under the contract. After termination you may request a copy of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
